Do you accept insurance?

Yes! We partner with Headway to accept insurance for mental health services. They handle all insurance verification, billing, and claims on our behalf.

Which insurance plans do you take?

We currently accept the following plans through Headway:

  • Aetna

  • Cigna

  • United Healthcare (Optum)

  • Oxford (Optum)

  • Carelon Behavioral Health

  • Oscar (Optum)

We are excited to announce that we will begin accepting BlueCross BlueShield Tennessee starting November 2025. Please check back or contact us for updates.

What if my insurance isn’t accepted?

No problem! If your insurance isn't in-network through Headway, we offer transparent self-pay rates, and you can request a superbill to seek reimbursement from your insurance if you're eligible for out-of-network benefits.

How do I book an appointment?

During the intake process, you’ll be asked whether you plan to use insurance or self-pay.

  • Insurance: We will send you a secure Headway invitation to verify benefits and finalize your booking.

  • Self-Pay: We will confirm your appointment directly through our secure portal. Self pay rates Initial evaluation: $200, Follow up appointments $100
