Who we are
At Neurokind, we believe healing starts with being truly seen, not as a diagnosis, but as a whole, complex, and worthy human being. We are here for the ones who’ve been dismissed, misunderstood, or made to feel like they’re “too much.
Stefanie Kreidler PMHNP-BC
I’m Stefanie Kreidler, a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and I created this practice to offer thoughtful, personalized care with room for nuance, honesty, and connection. Before specializing in mental health, I spent more than 15 years as a bedside nurse in areas like intensive care, trauma, neurology, pediatrics, oncology, and home health. Those years gave me a deep understanding of how layered health and healing can be and how much it matters to feel supported and heard.
Through my own lived experience, I have a particular interest in working with the neurodivergent community and with people whose mental and medical health histories are complex. I believe collaboration is one of the best ways forward. When appropriate, I enjoy working with therapists, primary care providers, specialists, and other members of your healthcare team so that everyone is working together toward the same goal.
Natalie Benson PMHNP-BC
Natalie Benson (she/her) is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University and brings her extensive nursing experience into the way she approaches mental health care.
Natalie is thoughtful, thorough, and highly attentive to detail. She takes a careful approach to treatment and believes that providing high-quality mental health care means looking at the whole person, not just the symptoms bringing someone in. Her years of nursing experience give her a strong understanding of how physical health, medications, life experiences, and mental health can all intersect.
She values taking the time to listen, understand the bigger picture, and make thoughtful treatment decisions with each patient. Her goal is for patients to feel safe, respected, and confident in the care they receive.
Our goal is to provide safe, evidence-based care that supports lasting healing, not quick fixes. For that reason, Neurokind does not prescribe benzodiazepines (such as Xanax, Klonopin, or Ativan). Instead, we focus on treatment options that empower you to build long-term stability and peace.
